Know the farm
We buy from fourteen farms, all within a day's drive, all growing varieties we've tasted and tested. We pay more than commodity price because flavor costs what it costs.

Why it matters
Flour is a crop before it's a product. You can taste the difference between a grain grown well and one grown for volume.
